Verdispar International currently has 24 full-time employees, divided between the offices in Vilnius, Zagreb and Bratislava. These employees have very wide ranging experience of property investment and development management, planning procedures, financing, valuations, marketing, sales and the management of commercial and housing properties. The headquarters of the Company is located in Oslo, Norway.
The IT and financial services required by Verdispar International are currently bought from Verdispar Securities AS on commercial terms and conditions. Each regional head office has a financial officer supporting the group’s financial services.

Managing Director – Southeast Europe | Göran Ahlqvist is a trained graduate engineer and architect SAR/MSA who has specialized in property economics. Ahlqvist has worked in the Baltic countries since 1992 and has been responsible for a number of development projects there, among other things as the responsible contractor when the Radisson/SAS hotel chain established its hotels in Lithuania. Ahlqvist was the chief representative of Newsec AB in the Baltic countries until March 2006, when he joined Verdispar.
| Before joining Verdispar, Erik Mohorovic was the executive director of the property department of Erste Bank in Croatia. Mohorovic has a wide and varied background from the field of property and property development and worked on valuations and analyses of all types of real estate projects that the bank was involved in while working for Erste Bank. He has a broad network of contacts in companies that supply services to the property sector in Southeastern Europe. Mohorovic has a Master of Science degree from Oxford Brookes University.
