Verdispar Southeast Europe, a subsidiary of Verdispar International, was established in 2006 in Zagreb, Croatia. The Company provides complete property investment management services to its clients – private and institutional investors – in the Southeastern Europe region: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Serbia.
Combining international property investment and development experience with a broad knowledge of the regional market, the Company, on behalf of Scandinavian investors, creates and manages high quality international-standard commercial and residential real estate in the region.
In Croatia, Verdispar, on behalf of Scandinavian investors, is currently in charge of developing approximately 150,000 sq. m (1.6 million sq. ft.) of residential space, 95,000 sq. m (1 million sq. ft.) of commercial premises and 2.5 million sq. m (27 million sq. ft.) of land holdings for development in the long term. The focus is on the safety and quality of projects that meet the highest standards and ensure added value for investors. During somewhat longer than three year of operations in Croatia, Verdispar, representing private and institutional Scandinavian investors, has already invested nearly EUR 75 million in property investment and property development products.
The Company has implemented a quality and environmental management system and is certified according to ISO 9001:2004 and ISO 14001:2004 standards. Verdispar today is among top 10 foreign direct investors in the Croatian property market, with the potential to become one of the largest property developers in the region.
