Verdispar Baltics, a subsidiary of Verdispar International, was established in 2005 in Vilnius, Lithuania. The Company provides complete property investment management services to its clients – private and institutional investors – in the Baltic countries: Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Combining international property investment and property development experience with a broad knowledge of the Lithuanian market, the Company, on behalf of Scandinavian investors, creates and manages high quality property investment portfolios. It also develops high quality, international-standard commercial and residential real estate in major Lithuanian cities.

Verdispar has extensive experience in the region. In Lithuania the Company has created a high-value developed property portfolio for its Scandinavian investors, totaling 130,000 sq. m (1.4 million sq. ft.) of retail, logistics and industrial premises. The portfolio consists of three logistics centers in Lithuania’s capital Vilnius - Vinges Terminalas, Vinges Transphere Logistika and Girteka - as well as the Durapart production plant in Panevezys City; part of the real estate portfolio of Norfa, one of the country’s leading retailers (23 shops totaling 43,500 sq. m across Lithuania); and part of the real estate portfolio of Maxima, another leading retailer (9 shopping centers totaling 26,500 sq. m in major Lithuanian cities).
In its Lithuanian property development portfolio, Verdispar, on behalf of Scandinavian investors, is developing more than 120,000 sq. m (nearly 1.3 million sq. ft.) of residential real estate and more than 60,000 sq. m (over 640,000 sq. ft.) of commercial space within 4-5 years. Property development will take place on lots acquired by Verdispar - one of almost 7 ha (18 acres) on Ukmerges Road in Vilnius, another of more than 5 ha (13 acres) by the Dane river in central Klaipeda and the third about 2 ha (5 acres) at 1 Aludariu Street/2 Pakalnes Street in central Vilnius.
