This business stream initiates, develops, leases and divests residential and commercial property development projects owned by Verdispar investors. Verdispar focus is on residential projects and commercial projects: office buildings, retail space, hotels and industrial premises. Within Property Development, the Company, on behalf of investors, takes overall responsibility for the project development process, including land acquisition, concept development, permit applications, design, leasing, construction and divestment. By assuming overall responsibility, we create and guarantee long-term value for our customers and investors.
Verdispar International is a specialized property investment management company and therefore does not perform any construction work of its own. Instead, the Company buys contracting services from reputable, reliable and professional construction companies whose performance is in line with its own business values and those of the investors it represents.
Verdispar also cooperates closely and outsources services to other market players – property consultants, analysts, experts, architects and designers − to ensure that the products we create are in line with the expectations of the market and our customers.
